Tai Chi is a time-honored tradition of safe healthy exercise, poised movement, and focused intention. The Pai Lum Tai Chi Group is an organization of uniquely diverse individuals who are united in a commitment to helping others improve their overall wellness and quality of life through the sustainable practice of Tai Chi.
Our founders are 3rd generation leaders in the Pai Lum Family whose training and experience have gone into creating the most comprehensive programs in Tai Chi for you. Until recently we were a private group, however we are fulfilling a promise to our ancestors to open-up our closely held lifestyle and share what has taken us decades to cultivate. Our traditional practice provides a sustainable wellness method that works for new beginners as well as those looking to enhance their current performance.
Established as a 501c3 organization, we do use donations and grants to further our mission.

With Pai Lum’s emphasis on technical proficiency and strategies for protection without fighting, we welcome new members with or without martial arts training. All Members are rank eligible and those who currently train at a school can leverage our methods to advance more quickly. You don't have to be physically fit or feel like you need to get in shape first to sign up. Whatever your condition and experience level is today, we welcome you!
